  1. 点击 my.telegram.org。
  2. 输入你的 Telegram 手机号码和验证码登录。
  3. 点击 API development tools，第一次使用就建立一个 App。
  4. 复制页面显示的 App api_id 和 App api_hash 填在下面。
Phone Number：填写同一个 Telegram 账号的号码，例如 +60123456789。
  1. Open my.telegram.org.
  2. Sign in with your Telegram phone number and code.
  3. Open API development tools and create an App if required.
  4. Copy App api_id and App api_hash into the fields below.
Phone Number: use the same Telegram account, including country code.
